The Counseling Clinic:
At the "Aachol Foundation Counseling Support Hub," we have psychologist with several years of practice that specialize in different types of counseling. We cherish our connections with our clients and think that they are the key to the process of healing. We think that because every person is different, they all approach problems in different ways. So, instead of relying on a methodical strategy that offers a basic procedure when operating on a therapy, we support a wellness model that empowers our clients by focusing on what works for them. One's journey is unique from everyone else's.
Client's Rights:
The client may ask questions about what to expect during and the result of the therapy. The client may decline to proceed with the therapy as to the techniques which may be conducted by the therapist. The client may cease to continue therapy anytime, without any impediment, and may return to therapy anytime. The therapist has the right to dismiss the client from the course of therapy. The client has the right to review his or her records from the therapist, right to confidentiality. Within limits provided for by law, all records and information acquired by the therapist shall be kept strictly confidential following the principles of a doctor-patient relationship. Information won't be shared or revealed to any person, agency, or organization without the prior written consent of the client. The client can raise any concerns and speak with the therapist immediately of any concerns provided that the therapist is likewise available to discuss matters with the client. Confidentiality can be breached if the client has suicidal tendency, if there is any probability to harm others, and when there is any legal notice coming from high court.

আমাদের সার্টিফাইড কাউন্সিলর কাউন্সিলিং সেবা দিয়ে থাকেন। কাউন্সিলর হিসেবে নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়ই রয়েছেন। ক্লায়েন্ট তার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী নারী বা পুরুষ একজনের থেকে সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।

অনলাইন প্লাটফর্মে কাউন্সিলিং করানো হয়ে থাকে। হোয়াটস অ্যাপ-এর মাধ্যমে সেবা দেওয়া হয়ে থাকে।

সেশনের জন্যে বিকাশে পেমেন্ট করতে হয়। প্রতি সেশন ৫০০ টাকা এবং সিনিয়র কাউন্সিলর কাউন্সিলিং -এর ক্ষেত্রে ৭০০টাকা । টাকা পেমেন্টের পর আমাদের পেজে মেসেজ দিয়ে কনফার্ম করতে হয়। যদি ক্লায়েন্ট প্রথম সেশনের পর মনে করেন যে তার কোনো উপকার হয়নি এবং তিনি পরবর্তীতে আর সেবা নিতে চান না, সেক্ষেত্রে তাকে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

সেশন নিতে হলে প্রথমে একটা গুগল ফর্ম পূরণ করতে হয়। তারপর বিকাশে পেমেন্ট করে কনফার্ম করতে হয়। পেজে মেসেজ দিয়ে পেমেন্ট কনফার্ম করলে আমরা কাউন্সিলরের সাথে কথা বলে সেশনের সময় ও তারিখ ক্লায়েন্টকে জানিয়ে দেই।

 

একটি সেশন ৪৫-৬০ মিনিট ধরে চলে।

সাধারণত ৮টি সেশন লাগে। তবে কেস অনুযায়ী সেশন সংখ্যা বাড়তে বা কমতে পারে।

প্রতি সপ্তাহে একটি করে সেশন নেওয়া হয়।
