HRM deals with recruitment of members, member distribution based on expertise, member satisfaction and resignation process. It coordinates with every team to facilitate the work by the provision of active and dedicated manpower.

Secretariat of Operation ensures the smooth functionality and execution of work by all teams of Aachol Foundation. It monitors and assimilates the daily activities of each and every department. Secretariat of Operation also deals with record management, communication development among the members and co-ordination between various departments of Aachol Foundation.

Secretariat of Outreach and Publication deals with public relations of Aachol Foundation. It collaborates with different organizations and universities' clubs to spread mental health awareness to different sections of society. Moreover, it connects the interested organizations to maximize the mental health publication.
